CRAWFISH AND ANDOUILLE OVER PASTA

Heat sauté pan and add mushrooms, onions, garlic, andouille sausage, crawfish. Saute until heated through. Add seasonings and white wine. Add béchamel sauce and pasta. Toss together. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
