SPICED PECANS

Heat sugar, butter and water until sugar dissolves. Add pecans and toss to coat nuts. Spread nuts flat and let dry.

In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups baby greens, 4-6 strawberries (cut into wedges), then toss with a few tablespoons of vinaigrette, 2 oz. pecans, 2 oz. queso fresco cheese. Garnish with tortillas.
